Certificate pursuant to Article 158 of the German Patent Attorney Regulations and activity report

The certificate and activity report should serve as proof, as is required by the German Patent and Trade Mark Office, of a person’s many years of practice in the field of industrial property. The activity report should be understood as a guideline, in other words individual items may be deleted or added by applicants.
